Excellence in service and accommodations.
The cost for overnight parking - $55 per night including tax!

The hotel had a beautiful remodeling, very modern. The staff could not do enough for us. Refrigerators were provided free of charge by request. Location is excellent.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The room was spacious and the view was beautiful. I would definitely stay here the next time I travel to San Francisco.

Gift shop is under construction, so vending machines in the meantime would be nice.

The bed! It was so comfortable that I wish I could have taken it with me when I left.
There was only one ice machine and it wasn't working. Also the desk man that helped me was very unfriendly.

Location. Very nice staff - made us feel very welcome.
Hotel is currently undergoing renovation.

Hotel was in an excellent location with easy access to all the transportation. Very nice staff that all made us feel very welcome. Very clean and modern rooms (we were in rooms that had recently been renovated).

Concierge was very helpful and rooms were very clean and comfy.
No ice machine and charge for internet.

We had a great time at the Stanford Court. Everyone was courteous and helpful. There is construction at the hotel that was noisy late in the afternoon one day.

The location was perfect.
The television was small.

I found the staff to be great. Our family was helped by the concierge and we were given great advice. Helpful, comfortable.

The room was lovely and quaint.
Parking was expensive.

The old hotels like this one have hallways that wrap around without being able to get back to the lobby or elevator quickly. Everything else was clean but old. The staff was not exceptionally friendly and the lobby was cold. We felt we had a lot of privacy. San Francisco is a wonderful city.
