It was beautiful, comfortable and clean.
The elevator was small making the 10 am check-out difficult. The cleaning staff cluttered the elevator and was unfriendly and annoying.

I loved the resort, it was absolutely perfect for large families and was a comfortable choice for my dad and I, while we were traveling.

The romms were bigger than my house.
Nothing.

The rooms went way beyond our expectations for the price. Anyone not finding the accommodations phenomenal should just stay home.

It gave my autistic son a homelike atmosphere.
The timesharing sales pitch was long!

Overall, it was a good experience. The room was representative and very good for a young family. Washer and dryer in room.

The mattresses were terrible. Definitely need to be replaced.

Very close to all attractions. Large rooms - clean & had many of the conveniences of home.
No daily linen change. Pressure to hear about timeshares.

I would recommend this hotel, however,
you will be pressured to listen to a sales pitch.

Hotel staff could not have been more helpful!

This experience was awesome. The staff went out of their way to make maps and guide us to destinations outside of Hershey. The suite was fantastic and just right for my family. We will stay there again! I recommend this to any family.

It was like an apartment we could prepare food and eat in.
Nothing.

The sleep was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Excellent security.
