Staff was excellent and helpful.
Way exceeded my expectations, even for a 4 star hotel. Travel a lot for personal and business and cannot remember a time where the staff and service were this exceptional. Everyone was friendly and attentive to your every need. I will recommend Sutton Place to everyone I know for both staff excellence and its location!

Hotel restaurant/bar had great service. All the staff in the hotel were extremely nice.
Decor definitely needs updating. It's like a 1970s flashback.
Overall I liked it, but it is definitely showing it's age. I wouldn't consider this a 4-star hotel because of the decor. Plus, our bathtub was broken (both the drain and the handle to turn on the cold water). On the other hand, the staff was extremely friendly and nice. They definitely made us feel welcome.

Staff was excellent, rooms were spacious.
No complaints at all.
This hotel was very convenient for our meetings at the Navy Pier. ALWAYS a cab waiting and the entire staff was very friendly.
