Clean, comfortable, and at a walking distance to the downtown area.
The walls were paper thin. The housekeepers need to be aware that some visitors sleep in.

Pleased with the hotel atmosphere except for the house keepers making noise early in the morning. Do not expect to sleep in. House keeping starts at 8 and its all over with the paper thin walls.

This hotel was probably a nice one some 25 years ago. It needs some major uplifting if it wants to be suitable to demanding guests.

Nothing really comes to mind.
Old, a little run down, very loud at night .. old windows let in the sound (right on Busy Bay St), very noisy, bathroom door would not shut.

Just overall looked a little run down, freindly staff, not one of my favorite hotels downtown, over paid for what we rec'd.

I thought this hotel would be closer to downtown. Had to do a lot of walking to get to main attractions.

It was clean.
I was not satisfied with the bed situation.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff pleasant. They did not meet our needs with regard to the beds.

The hotel itself and room was stunning and I would stay there again any time I'm in Toronto.
Nothing I can think of.

The hotel staff was lovely. Some of the friendliest I've ever come across. Rooms were huge and well decorated. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The location was great. Downtown, but not noisy. Perfect for my needs.
