Everything is top quality from the moment you arrive. Valets, lobby, service, rooms, spa...wonderful!
Because it's located near a firehall and hospital, there are some emergency vehicle sirens at night.
Beautiful high end hotel in a central area of downtown Vancouver.

Great location; top notch everything!
The restaurant was fairly expensive for breakfast, but that's typical.
Sutton Place is close to just about everything you'd want in Vancouver - the waterfront, Davie Street, Robson, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are immaculate.
