Location. Price. Comfy bed. Minimal street noise.
They tried to charge us $250 for smoking in the room which we certainly did not. They did reverse it upon my insistence.
Rooms are small but fairly nice. No coffee pot. We didn't dine at their Italian restaurant but it looked to be somewhat popular.

Nice,clean,convenient location.
Did not offer us a room that sleeps five , no roll out beds.
The desk didn't offer us a room with more beds,or even offer a roll out, not even a bigger room for more money an option.

Contemporary design/atmosphere and fantastic location.
Very compact (but expected for the city).
The hotel was had a very contemporary design and atmosphere and was based in a perfect location for access to Broadway and times square area. Hotel staff were friendly and hotel room was clean and tidy.

Location and the room was very clean.
The TV did not work on my last night there.
I would use the word "cozy" to define the room. It was small but the space was well used. It was just enough room for two people to navigate without bumping into each other. The location was the best thing about the hotel. Very close to Time Square and walking distance to a subway stop. The staff was friendly and solitious. I had requested two beds but had to pay for an upgrade because the hotel did not provide two beds at the price I received. This was not clear in Priceline.com policy statement and I was very annoyed at having to pay more than the agreed upon price. read more

Near Time square, subway and many theaters.
Pay for internet.
Asked for king size bed, was upgraded to a king room on the 11th floor no charge. Small room but bed was comfortable and large screen TV was enjoyed. Wake up call and 24 hour bellman worked well for early morning checkout and taxi..
