"Get swept away" at this "Italian gem in the desert", a "huge", "all-suite" "city under one roof" in the "center of the Strip", touting "luxurious rooms", "endless quality dining" (from top toques like David Burke and Mario Batali), an "attentive staff", plus an on-site Canyon Ranch Spa and "great shopping" along the Grand Canal "mall" ("take a gondola ride"); though some bemoan the "maze"-like design, admirers ask "why would you ever leave?"; N.B. it shares amenities with its sister, Palazzo.

It's like walking in a puzzle.

No clear direction from parking lot to hotel room/lobby. Very confusing.

Size of room good value, Location, and good amenities.
Beds not comfortable, surprisingly.

The Venetian is a wonderful hotel with a prime location along the Las Vegas Strip. The designers did a great job recreating Venice. Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable and we did not have the best sleep. The hotel should add a buffet. But we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean.
Unfriendly/treated like cattle/all facilities had bad hours

Treated like we were scamming. They couldn't and almost wouldn't communicate with the other side of the hotel where we were registered for the memberships and had an attitude when we asked them to clear it up. Customer service here is awful.

Location, luxury and
special offers that came with the room.

The room is huge and you can easily fit 4 people in there. Best thing I noticed about this hotel in comparison to other Vegas hotels is that it's not too crowded. It's not like there aren't people around, but there were enough space to accommodate everyone. Overall, it was a great experience.

Staff very helpful and friendly.
It had a smell piped throughout hotel over powering.

Staff very accommodating and helpful. Rooms very nice and clean. The maids were very good especially the ones in the evening that came in and turned down the bed at night. They also straightened up. The restaurants were very good.

Great suites, comfortable bath facilities.
It is too far from the room to the elevator.

Great hotel, I like the bathroom very much! Luxury suite with 3 LCD TV.

The sumptuous luxuriousness of the rooms.
Nothing.

The Venetian is an outstanding hotel, with a lot of attention to detail: from the lobby to the rooms, luxury everywhere. It carries the Venetian theme very well, without it being tacky.

Staff was wonderful, everyone including maids, guards, front desk. Without going overboard on pleasing guest all staff make st.
Only thing that was a bit difficult was trying to remember how to get to the rooms. Better signs perhaps?

Above my expectations. This was my second stay at the Venetian and it was even more enjoyable this time. Suites are fabulous, climate in room is perfect. Air conditioning isn't right in your face making the room unbearable. Beds are okay (not Westins')but didn't make noise or hurt your back either. Definitely stay there again.

I loved the canal mall - it's beautiful.
The king-size bed with pullout sofa rooms did not comfortably sleep 4.

It was perfect for a weekend in Vegas, with seven graduate school friends. The spa in particular is amazing.
