Quiet elegance with excellent service.
Nightly parking cost.
We were amazed at how beautiful this refurbished hotel was. It was so quiet too. The staff was perfectly efficient and friendly. What a find!

Clean and comfortable.
$22 per day to park a car.
The hotel was great. However, I will not stay there again. If I had known it was going to cost me $22 per day to park my car I would have stayed somewhere else.

Luxorious accomodations
Terrible sound-proofing
The hotel was beautiful, but we didn't sleep at all because the room next to us was joined and we could hear everything that they did like they were in the room with us. Even their alarm clock and blow dryer at 4am. I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved the complimentary car that brought us to Elitch gardens.
The toilet didn't flush properly but maintenance came very quickly and fixed it.

Friendly staff, very nice room and bathroom.
Extra daily charge for parking.
This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are large with balconies and the bathrooms are spacious. A flat screen TV, plush towels and nice linens and huge, fluffy pillows plus a bathrobe hanging in the walk in closet really made our stay like being at someone's home.

Bellmen were great the housekeeper was wonderful.
Mandatory valet parking, waiting for car in the morning.
The linens were nice the bed was awful very cheap and uncomfortable. They charged $10.00 a day to use the wireless network. The outside of the hotel looked very seedy and I almost didn't go in but the valet assured me the hotel was nice and safe.
