The old world allure, and the quality of personal service, takes you back to a gentler time.
They need to step the food quality and preparation up a notch or two.

Nothing, because of substandard conditions we checked out 10 min after arrival and were forced to pay.
There was an open bucket of bleach in the elevator, it was uninhabitable.
It was our anniversary and unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. There were cleaning supplies and an open bucket of bleach in the elevator and the room stank of bleach. We told the front desk that we did not want to stay and asked to speak to a manager. One was not available. We had to check out to find another hotel so we were charged $159 for staying for 10 minutes. My husband and I travel very frequently, 2 - 3 times a month and unless something is done about this, we will not use your service again. Please review your decision to recommend this hotel - it reflects very badly on your organization. read more
