Great place to stay. Close to downtown. Totally upscale rooms with all you look for in a luxury hotel. And with Priceline we booked it for a terrific price!

Parking should be included in the price of the room.

Valet parking or self parking in the garage and paying $20.00 per day is ridiculous. If this hotel was located in a metro area and parking spaces were limited I would understand but the location does not warrant it.

Boisterous female guest arguing with her friends.

Beginning with the doorman's timely umbrella & engaging greeting to entry into reception and lobby the staff is welcoming. Hotel and room is metro decor.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, on-demand shuttle service.

The hotel was beautifully decorated (Christmas theme was very nice too!). Our room was a Standard King - perfect for me and my spouse. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean room, prompt room service. Our overall experience was wonderful.
