The hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean but that is expected.
I was a single person staying at this hotel but a got a room with double beds, keys sometimes did not work either.

It doesn't take much to impress me, but when I decide to stay at a hotel I do not want to be in a room with double beds when I am the only person staying there, even though all the other rooms were "sold out". I was willing to upgrade but no option was given.

Great location. Great value.
Furniture in lobby was worn.

Great location right on the water and close to everything, especially the cruise port.

The location is superb. The pedestrian menu in the restaurant was acceptable.
Overpriced for the lack of decorating. When halls have scuff marks, plumbing breaks down there should be compensation.

Needs an injection of creativity and sparkle. Too much money for too little.

It's location
The corridors needed to be upgraded.

The hotel was in a beautiful location. it consisted of 2 parts - an older wing where we were staying and a new block, The rooms had been upgraded as had the main foyer but the hallways were dingy and looked dirty.
