Given the "Heavenly beds" (and heavenly cribs too) plus what some call the "best club floor in the country" guests "can't wait to come back" to this "upscale business hotel" in a "superb location" just a Prada pump's throw from Buckhead's tony Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza; the service is "hospitable", and dining comes courtesy of the Palm restaurant.

Great location!
Outdated torn chairs broken tiles hair in carpet/flooring.

This hotel is
way past time for an update. Our chairs actually had rips in the arms of them and the tiles in the bathroom were broken.

Housekeeping was very responsive to my request after midnight.
The lounge closed while there were 15 patrons purchasing drinks.

The hotel and facilities were in great shape, well maintained and clean. All of the staff I encountered, were very friendly and helpful. The food in the Lounge and restaurant were superb.

The hotel overall was very nice. It would of been nice to of been told you can bring your loud dogs in the room. Made for a sleepless night.

Excellent location next to Lenox Square. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room.
Nothing bad to say.

Multi-story hotel on Peachtree St. across street from Lenox Square. Fine dining in the hotel and excellent dining in the area. Friendly, efficient staff. Large, comfortable, clean room.

The staff was amazing! They showed interest in me and my 5 year old son. Truly professional in all levels.
Gift shop and self parking prices were outrageously expensive. Over the top.

Overall excellent unmatched service. Bit I felt I paid dearly in the gift shop and self parking. I didn't expect to pay $22.89 for a travel size bottle of saline and travel sized tube of hair gel and 1 pack of dentyne gum.
