It was beautiful, well-kept, great location. Loved the uniforms- cowboy hats/outfits were great!
I was a little worried about leaving my vehicle outside overnight and found the parking charge of $20 really high.

Easy access to shopping, central location, luxurious interior and rooms, Star bucks on site!
Cost of parking ($20 extra per night).

Luxurious atmosphere with exquisitely remodeled rooms. Very friendly and professional staff. Valet parking was a nice option, but expensive. Having the Keg and Starbucks on site was a treat. Room was spacious and comfortable and well stocked with amenities.

Pool and gym facilities are very nice. And come with a great rooftop view.
Room service ends at 11 pm. So does Calgary!

I am a late night person and this hotel's room service ends at 11 pm. This is unfortunate since pretty much everything else in Calgary's downtown area closes early, leaving me to hunt for food delivery services, which also seemed to close earlier than what I'm used to! Next time I am stocking up on groceries in my room. Mini bar was empty. They used to always have it stocked, so not even a Toblerone bar was available to me. Service has definitely been cut back at The Westin. read more
