The location of this hotel was convenient, while not being
on the strip.
We got hit with a daily rate of internet excess of $15. This was not negotiable I found most of the staff rude. The wireless internet did not work.
No not worth the hassle. We arrived with high expectations, check in went very well however that was it. We sadly were let down by this hotel. Its location was convenient but most of their staff were unhelpful. We were informed that we would have to pay an additional daily fee. Their staff was quite rude. The on duty manager was even less helpful that the front desk. I attempted to pay the extremely high fee required to have access to their wireless internet, for two days we attempted to access this facility and like the staff we gave up. Reluctantly they refunded our internet fee that we had been charged. All in all I would not stay at this hotel again, everything was too much trouble and would strongly suggest you avoid it as well. read more

The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Made a difference.
A flat screen and a stereo to put my ipod would have been sweet.
I come to expect any Westin property to meet a very high standard in hotel accommodations. This property was right in line with my expectations. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and up to date, and the overall experience was very good. I will stay here the next time I go to vegas.

It's quite dead inside for a Las Vegas hotel on the weekend.

The room was clean, the price was affordable, and we got a kick out of the Elvis music in the elevator.
The location is slightly sketchy. The section of road between the hotel and the strip was frequented by homeless men.
The unanticipated fees for services that weren't optional and the daily presence of homeless men in the vicinity tainted what would have otherwise been a nice stay in a perfectly serviceable hotel.
One night we watched a homeless man wander into the side entrance of the lobby and then off into the elevator bank. Afterwords we were very careful about locking our doors and checking when someone knocked. read more
