Immaculate rooms, updated and contemporary, great staff.
Really liked this hotel - it was super clean, seemed to be newly renovated, and I give the staff accolades. I am a nursing mom who traveled without my baby away for a weekend with my husband. The staff brought a refrigerator to my room and had it ready to go before I checked in. They were great. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was great! The room overlooked Fountain Square which was beautiful.
The hotel was wonderful! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our room overlooked Fountain Square which was beautiful. Staff was helpful and so much to do was within walking distance. We only paid $9.00 for the weekend for parking too (we did not use valet).

The hotel responded to my requests in a timely manner.
The hotel responded to my requests for a king bed room on a high floor via email. They honored this request. The hotel is in in immaculate shape and the staff truly care. I have stayed in almost every hotel in Cincinnati, this is by far the best experience.

Sports bar area for viewing games would have been nice, though there was a TV in lounge on Saturday night.
Hotel was clean and convenient for our weekend fall break getaway. Girls liked swimming and escalator. Mom and dad enjoyed a relaxing time with our children. The girls got a kick out of playing a family card game in the lounge before and after dinner while we enjoyed cocktails.

The room we had was clean and modern and overlooked Fountain Square which made it a lovely stay.
The food we ordered for room service was so disgusting, it gave me a stomach ache.
Customer service at the front desk was excellent. Although we felt really comfortable, and really liked our room with a view of Fountain Square, we are travelers who spend very little time in the room, and mainly use it for sleep and room service after a long day of sight-seeing. The room service food was some of the worst I've ever had and very unworthy of a 4 star hotel. We ordered the steak salad. Both the steak and especially the lettuce was so old it tasted like it had freezer burn. They were out of the pot stickers which we ordered, and the dessert was incredibly lack-luster. It's a shame this is the only thing we remember about our stay there. read more

The beds and shower were heavenly. I melted into the bed each night.
Everything was perfect.
The Westin is a wonderful place. Not enough words can describe what a fabulous 4 days I had here. I couldn't wait for my workshops to end each day, just to go back to the room, melt into the bed and watch TV.
