The additional price for using their garage nearly empty was excessive!

Enjoyed it.The Hyatt where we stay most of the time has better parking though.

The staff was great, very helpful, with the exception of one guy,
I think he was the bell boy or concierge. The rest of the staff was great.

Historic property in old Coral Gables.
Parking garage is not very convenient.

Somewhat inconvenient lobby on second floor of great old restored Coral Cables building. Staff was helpful, uncomfortable chairs in room. Parking garage, although next door, is somewhat of a chore, recommend doing valet parking, only $2 more.

Professionalism and friendliness of staff! Always went above and beyond.
Pay to park.

This was our second time at The Westin in Coral Gables. The view from the balcony of our room was amazing. Concierge recommended a restaurant to us that was absolutely top notch. From the service to the meal, we were very impressed. We will always stay at the Westin when in Miami!
