Large rooms and good views.
Parking not very near, long walk to garage.

Overall great hotel. Big rooms, nice bathrooms. Some spots where one could tell the hotel had been remodeled. Great location to Crown center and many shops in your hotel/mall. Parking is a little far and about $15 / day which is high for KC. Overall good stay, maybe 3.5 stars not 4-5.

Many choices to dine, shop or be entertained.
There is nothing about this hotel that I could comment negatively.

Great place to stay as a family or with your spouse for a romantic weekend. There are so many choices for amusement in the attached shopping mall!

Expensive.

The hotel is beautiful inside. The outside is OK. Valet parking was a bit expensive, but only $4 more than parking myself. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful, clean, and in a great location for sight seeing. I loved my view of the Memoral and the swimming pool.

The beds were fabulous.
You had to pay for parking. Also it was very hard to get to your rooms from the parking garage. There were different elevators you had to take.

This a wonderful hotel if you like shopping and nightlife. I suggest using the valet parking service. It was very hard to navigate from the parking garage to get to the elevator that takes you to where the rooms are. You also better prepare to pay for parking. The room was nice. Was woken up early with loud music from an event going on in the city. But all in all it was a beautiful hotel. read more

Had a great corner room with a fabulous view. Very clean. Like their green policy.
Our room needed to have the closet door repainted. I left a note.

We have stayed at the Kansas city Westin in the past and have always enjoyed it. It is a clean, friendly hotel in a great central location. We were there for the K.C. marathon with a group of friends and had a great time. We would certainly go there again and would use Priceline again.
