Convenient location, comfy bed and
Starbucks for coffeemaker.
Dirty breakfast dishes sitting in hallway at 6 pm and there were
no ventilation in bathroom.

Older hotel, needs lots of upgrades for consideration as 4-star. Staff was professional and addressed us by name when possible.

The staff was friendly.
Everything is costly.

In the room we stayed the AC is leaking and the carpet damp as a result. Although rate is already high, internet is not free. Westin has to benchmark its service and facilities.
