When we arrived, our luggage was whisked away. Although we were traveling with my mother and her good friend, who were staying on a different floor than us, the correct luggage wound up in our room by the time we got there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The bed was amazingly comfortable.
Very positive experience.

The room was very large with a separate bedroom and a living room with a wet bar, mini fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Lovely room, friendly employees.
Had to pay an extra 20.00 plus tax for two beds rather than one.

This is a nice hotel but we had already paid Priceline and didn't appreciate having to pay an additional $23 dollars to the hotel for two beds instead of just the one bed in the originally assigned room. Also, the hotel is a long distance from the airport and is several blocks from their "Air porter"shuttle service drop off so an expensive cab ride is required to this hotel. read more
