The stay at the hotel was excellent, very welcoming and helpful staff, the hotel was very stylish yet had a comforting atmosphere. The rooms were very elegant and stylish with the beds being very comfortable!

It's a good hike to subway system, parking way overpriced.

Excellent, upscale rooms.

This hotel is in an excellent proximity to Harbour front and easy walking distance to Yonge Street and shopping. Very friendly staff and beautifully appointed rooms.

The room was really nice, with a very comfortable bed and sitting area.
There were several items missing in our room at the time of check-in. The staff was quick to respond to our requests, though.

It is up scale, clean and convenient.
Internet was not free and parking was expensive.

It is a great place to stay especially if you are there for more than one night. It was quite close to everything and on a bus route

One young woman employee at the concierge desk was extremely helpful.
All the others at the concierge, were cold, distant giving the impression being disturb by our questions.

Room: good price, thank Priceline. Parking: $20/day, 2 blocks from the hotel. Parking valet: $40. Internet access: $14/day (cable). Extra: $15 without cable. The cheapest breakfast $18/person. (Continental) In all: a quite expensive stay/day.
