The staff was polite and attentive
no free internet in rooms

The hotel met all my expectations-Staff was courteous and prompt. There was no free internet in room and parking was expensive-self park did not have a daily rate-have to pay each time out so valet at a higher cost was better value.

Front desk staff always available and friendly.
The lobby is a little confusing and at first was difficult to know where to come in the hotel.

The facilities are clean and well kept. Front desk staff available and friendly. The hotel is elegant, although the front lobby is a little disjointed due to more modern construction near and in the Tablor center where the hotel is located. The room was spacious with an appealing bathroom. Great desk for working with a window that opens to get a little fresh air.
