Always clean and very classy.
Hard to get to hotel and the bathroom outlets were useless.

The Westin is a great hotel to stay at. It is connected with downtown shopping mall. No need to walk outside. However, due to the One-Way roads it can be a challenge to actually make it to the hotel. Also, the outlet in the bathroom would not keep whatever was plugged in, plugged into it.

The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The location was good for going to places in downtown Indy.
The bathroom could have been more upscale. The restaurant was not very good and it was very overpriced.

The hotel was just okay, but not the 4 star that I am used to. I am glad it was at less price, because had it been regular price, I would have been very disappointed. The towels / robe were not fluffy like I expect them to be at a 4 star hotel.

I didn't get moved(from overbooking). Its was close to everything downtown.
I wouldn't rate it at 4 stars(maybe 2 or 2.5). The restaurant in the hotel was way overpriced for me. No refrigerator.

The hotel was nice, clean, and everything worked. I guess I expected a bit more. The price I got the room for, I was happy. If I had paid full price I would of been upset. I would of thought a four star hotel would of had at least a refrigerator.

I didn't like the tub was not clean the shower head was damn near out the wall, their was rust all around the drain in the tub. We stayed for two days they never came to clean our room nor bring us more towels, my husband and to call down twice for clean towels and after waiting for twenty minutes housekeeping finally came.

Great location and nice rooms.
Wireless was not free in the rooms.

Hotel was in a great location with easy access to sky walks so one did not have to go outdoors in inclement weather. Staff was very nice, rooms were clean and good sized.

The beds were amazing and the location was great.
The parking was a bit expensive.

The Westin is a great place to stay. The hotel staff was very friendly. They directed us where to park and where it would be cheapest. They also gave us pamphlets with a map of downtown Indy which I found very helpful. The rooms were very nice, just don't touch the water bottle next to the TV! The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping on baby seal fur. Parking was a bit expensive. $25 for 24 hours which wasn't bad, just don't forget to move your car because the late fees are incredible. read more
