The location was the best on the island.
Really didn't have anything we didn't like.

This hotel was everything we expected and more. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice with a million dollar view, anything we needed was brought very promptly, and the concierge service was great. The hotel was very peaceful at night when you need to get away from Duval St. We strongly recommend this hotel for any traveler and definitely will come back.

Great location, very clean.
Nothing I didn't like.

Excellent location on the beach. Room had a balcony from which the sunset could be seen. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and terrific room.

Real combination of in the middle of things Key West and old world charm. Great amenities but pool side is tight fit. Very attentive staff and great sunset views.

Spectacular location, unbelievably nice hotel.

If you want to stay in Key West, in the middle of it all, but have a quiet room you can sleep in, this is the place. This hotel is the epitome of a 4 star hotel, gorgeous inside and outside.

Great location and amenities. We had a wonderful stay and saw the sunset from the Tiki bar.
Can't think of anything except that the elevators are so far from the rooms!

The location and amenities are the best. Mallory square is a wonderful neighbor! Pool and Tiki bar was clean and nice. Whirlpool was nice.

The location was the best part, the cafe was the perfect location to watch the sunset.
Like most hotels, the fitness center could be better, but it was better than most.
