The bedding was of the utmost in comfort!
Noisy lobby with no quiet areas. Some of the occupants in the lobby were obviously not hotel guests either.
The lobby was dirty and noisy. There was little or no areas in the lobby of quiet space. Some of the occupants were obviously not hotel guest, rather were off the street to keep warm, taking up hotel chairs. The cost of the hotel parking was expensive. The men parking cars were however very polite and accommodating. Our room was not stocked with shampoo or toiletries. We were billed for misc. items that we did not use or eat! However, the hotel desk did remove the charges when we asked them to. Not sure if we could recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. read more

Very close to shopping on Michigan Avenue.
Difficult to grab a quick cup of coffee.
The rooms are a bit small, but we had a good view, and the customer service was excellent. Very comfortable beds! Other than a fancy restaurant, there was nowhere to have a cup of coffee and work on my laptop; the only option was the Starbucks stand that had a very long line all morning.

Great location, nice room.
Hotel restaurant staff was rude. Parking was a little expensive.
Overall a nice hotel. Don't even think about going into the restaurant anytime within 1/2 hour of the end of food service (ends at 10:00). They'll send out a little guy to rush you along and demand, Hurry up and order. Hurry! I'd expect a better attitude from such a hotel.

Location.
Hotel was very noisy.
While the location is great, the floor where we stayed was very noisy, and was unable to get much sleep.
