Location and quality.
Paying $18.00 for parking & $10.00 for internet.

South of the downtown district and within walking distance. Helpful and pleasant staff. Parking available on the street. I would stay there again.

The hotel seems to be a bit dated with the carpeting and wallpaper, they have newer fixtures which I believe they are trying to mask the dated look of the room. Over all experience was good but not quite up to Westin standards.

Location.
Expensive parking.

Very old (1929) but nicely updated. Staff were great except for the check-in clerk.

Some concerns with parking/location, must pay for parking.

The hotel was great, the decor was modern, it was very clean. I think the rooms with 2 beds might be slightly cramped as the front desk told me they are the same size as the rooms with 1 bed. Word to the wise, there is an elevator directly to the pool, but it only starts at the 7th floor, above that you have to take and elevator to the 7th, and trade elevators to get to the pool. If you have kids and the pool is a big plus, you may want to stay on the 7th floor or lower. Pool was clean, there were nice change areas, hot tub as well. Public areas are great, lots of amenities onsite. Very nice staff! read more

Clean, quiet.
Although refurbished, it's still an old hotel.

Small things weren't consistent with my experience of a 4 star property, bathroom door needed to be oiled - enough squeaking to awake someone sleeping, shower control didn't work well.
