Very helpful staff.
Room was a little on the small side.

Overall very good, a little walk to where we considered was the centre of town, parking is pricey and pool was crowded.

Very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, and nice bedding.
We could not seem to control the room temperature - tried to turn down the heat at night but the thermostat did not seem to working.

Beautiful hotel lobby with very spacious seating areas and wide hallways that took you to your room. Our room had a large closet where lots of items could be stored. The bedding, pillows and good quality mattress made for a good night's sleep. We did not have to pay for parking which was a very nice advantage.

The hotel staff is always wonderful at the Westin.
Parking is $18. Really. It's not downtown Toronto. I can park in the lot next to the hotel for $10. Too much!

The room was beautiful.

Overall my stay was good however the thermostat was broken in my room and it was not fixed....instead of fixing it they opened a window.. which is OK in summer but not OK in the winter because you go from one extreme to the next.
