Excellent hotel. Conveniently located to many sights.
Hidden costs for parking and internet access.

Getting to the hotel was easy and it has many extra amenities. A large gas fireplace greets hotel guests in the lobby. Check in is quick and easy. Parking is on-site but beware that there are extra parking fees. However, these can be avoided by leaving your car parked in the parking lot and walking to the major locations. The elevators are very fast and the rooms are clean and elegantly appointed. Bath robes, nice soaps, extra linens all come in the room. And depending on the room, you can get excellent views of Ottawa. read more

Location and view were outstanding.
Food prices were very high.

A great location, near all major attractions and restaurants. Mall with every type of store attached, you did not have to go outside. Great room with 220 degree view of major attritions.

Excellent location right downtown, easy walking to all major attractions.
Parking is expensive.

Big hotel in downtown Ottawa. Relatively new. All rooms have a view. Have to pay for parking, self park was $20/day.
