Nice lobby area.
Rooms were outdated. No extras such as towels, mini-bar, nice bathrooms, etc.
The hotel seemed very vacant and the room seemed to encompass the same feeling. There were only two towels in the restroom, and the room was very empty and cold feeling. We were at the end of the long hall and outside of our neighbors would not have guessed anyone else was on the same floor. Additionally, when I stepped outside of the room in the hall, I could hear absolutely every noise in the room. It wasn't absolutely horrible, but was far from 4 star or even 3 star for that matter. Sorry, but that is the truth. read more

I loved the ambiance and the artwork.
Difficult to navigate the expressways and the exit for the hotel.
This hotel is lovely. The beds are wonderful and I would hope to get a Westin through Priceline many times over. The staff was always helpful and the valet would remember to ask if we were good with our directions. We ate a small dinner on Friday night at the bar and it was excellent. I would love to try the other restaurant venues at the hotel. It is close to some excellent shopping if one is inclined to shop. Our room had a excellent view on the 15th floor looking north. read more

The leaf shaped soap was cute.
You had to pay for parking or walk across the street and park. And this hotel was not downtown.
The Westin Hotel in Dallas Texas needs to be upscaled. It is not a four star hotel. I've been in an 2.5 that was better. The beds were too short. I'm 5'7'' and my feet were almost off the bed. I didn't even know you could buy beds shorter then average.
