It was luxurious and the beds were wonderful!
I would have liked to had a coffee shop available.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about during our stay. This was our third or fourth time to stop at this Weston and the rate was terrific going through Priceline. We will definitely use your service again!

Friendliness of staff.
The handling of our reservations.

When we arrived we were told we could only have a king room rather that 2 doubles. We were put in a room on the conference room floor rather than with the rest of the hotel rooms. After we complained about the lack of safety on that floor were were moved to a regular hotel room. During our stay our shampoos, conditioners, and lotions were not replenished.

Nice hotel, very rude and very poor service.
The staff is rude and very unhelpful.

The hotel has a nice appeal but however is not the friendliest people. They were extremely rude to me and would not answer the phone when calling the desk. The hotel was uncomfortable and very expensive they had a very limited variety of food they charge 8.00 for macaroni and cheese but their attitude was the worst of all.

Poor design for entryway to check in; very busy; car pick up was difficult.

5 Star hotel in downtown Providence, convenient to restaurants, Providence Place Mall, Amtrak stations, College Hill, and all you would want or need to do while visiting Providence.

Location. Clean. Nice.
Internet/wireless pain in the neck in lobby where free. Should be free in all hotel.

Great. Disappointing for pay internet, when I was there for a business function to boot. I hate getting penny pinched for something as simple as internet access. Business folks like myself (with leisure combination too) sometimes just need 5 minutes of access, for short durations, to satisfy and check work messages. Free is much better!
