Hotel is very nice - great location, friendly staff
Room was not in good shape.

Hotel is excellent. The staff is particularly attentive. However, when we checked into the room, the phone didn't work, the toilet paper roll was broken off the wall and one window had no shade. I was very surprised.

Room was small and HVAC control poor.

This is a pretentious hotel located attached to a convention center. Parking is expensive, service is only fair. Rooms are not consistent. Our room had too much HVAC draft and one bedside lamp didn't work (not a bulb issue and it was plugged in.) Until this, I had confidence in Priceline's top-rated properties. No longer for Providence.

Very clean, new hotel with functional rooms and a nice lobby.
Parking/valet was expensive, hectic and took forever.

Very nice hotel for the price paid.
