Comfortable, well-managed, safe, and a terrific location for those traveling by train.
We have no complaint.

The desk staff was well-trained and highly professsional, yet warm and friendly too. The room was spacious and very clean. And the beds! As Goldilocks would say, "This one is just right!

I loved the bedding and pillows.

Great location, but very expensive parking. The bed and pillows were heavenly, but there was a loud noise like some kind of equipment starting at 6:30 am.

Clean, great beds and had room service - was next door to a huge mall. Great view of the State House.
It was difficult to access off the freeway with the one ways and freeways entrances.

Location, upscale experience, convenience.

Overall, this was a very good hotel. A few minor conditions, such carpet cleanliness, were noted. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this location.

This hotel was clean, conveniently located, safe and very helpful staff. Excellent!
This is minor, but the ice machine was broken on our floor and the pool was very small.

Wonderful, close to so much Providence has to offer. Clean, safe and conveniently located. Very Comfortable.
