Very conveniently located, especially convenient to the Mall.
Parking was expensive.

The thing that impressed us most about the Westin was the quiet. During our two night stay we heard no out side noise whether from the hallway, other guests, or outside. Do not remember ever staying in a room that was so peaceful.

The valet folks were outstanding.
Room was dirty, filthy glasses, room had a smell, and needed updating. Bathroom had some defects, toilet paper roll holder was not installed.

Hotel is located in a great spot, walk to stores and restaurants, felt safe. Room was OK to sleep in, nothing fancy. Bathroom was dirty and old, had a smell to it. Maid service made the bed everyday but the cleaning lacked.

I liked the inside walkway to the mall.
I would have liked a coffee cafe right in the hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable and in a good location if you wanted to be downtown.

Downtown location.
It was difficult to get to the hotel by car - the street layout in Providence was not helpful.

This is a lovely hotel with all of the amenities one can expect.

Attractive, immaculate, lovely small pool and gorgeous dining room.
When I called the day before, to see if I could get two beds, one for me and one for my sister, they seemed rather unpleasant.

A very attractive hotel, near good restaurants and the interesting campuses of Brown and RISD. Lots of see within walking distance.
