We are a family of five. Normally we get two rooms but I was alone with my three kids (12,10,8) this time. Since they are too small and afraid to stay in a room by themselves, I have to stay with them in the same room. At check in the hotel staff made a fuzz that no more than three people where permitted in the same room. I asked to speak with the manager. He did not come out of his office but after 10 minutes the front desk staff came out and moved us to one room where we could be all together. I was very happy with the result. They provided a cod bed for us and we got a very nice, new and super comfortable room. I can highly recommend this hotel if you like clean comfortable modern rooms (hotel is brand new) but please be aware that you may need to book more than one room if you have more than one kid in your family. read more

The hotel was very clean, conveniently located, staff friendly, lots of amenities, can get buffet breakfast included in room rate.
Food for in room dining not worth it for being so expensive; lots of people and traffic which makes one a bit uneasy but did not venture out after dear.

Overall, a very clean hotel. I paid for a room with a panoramic view, but got a view of a roof top. Felt that I was ripped off paying over $200 a night. Buffet breakfast was good if included with the room rate. Lunch and Dinner was very expensive, but was not worth it. Breakfast is also very expensive if paying separately. Toiletries provided are really good. Did not get disturbed by a lot of noise; occasional door slamming, but overall pretty quiet. Staff friendly - went with a small child and staff did not react in a negative manner. I did not see any other children while I was there. The only view from the hotel is of other buildings from what I was told when I tried to get a room with a better view. read more
