The location was perfect.
Too many entry points off the streets, got lost coming into hotel.

Loved everything about the hotel except the dogs in the room next to us. They kept barking. As guest check in, they should ask if you mind being placed next to a room with pets.

The beds were wonderful.
Valet was too expensive.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bedding was great. Showers were terrible. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The Hotel staff was very nice and the pool is very small and not kid friendly.

The bed was big and comfortable.
Overall impression of the room, and the 12th floor was threadbare and worn out.

I was required to check my bicycle. This was inconvenient. The telephone was not working in my room. My room was not equipped with a refrigerator or mini-bar - though there was a space for it. (The excuse from the front desk was that it was a cutback due to recent economy.) The chair, and carpets in the room, as well as carpets and wall coverings in the hallways, were stained and worn looking. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel location was great. It's clear that this was a nice hotel once, but is not being taken care of. Overall, not what I would consider. read more

Great location, updated furnishings.
Beyond the updated furnishings the room was dated (popcorn ceiling, cheap doors & hardware). No free wifi.

No roll-away beds available!?

No roll away bed available (we checked in at 4:30 PM) Bathroom had pocket door very difficult to close. Seemed to be space for mini fridge - but totally empty. Internet charge was $12.95.

Beatifull, modern and clean.
The beds were full size, one would expect at least queen size bed for a 4 star hotel, really tight to sleep.

The beds were full size, one would expect at least queen size bed for a 4 star hotel, really tight to sleep. If you don't care about that, it is a great hotel, nice view, clean, modern and stylish, good restaurant and overall great service.
