Hotel staff was great.
Very dark hallways and things did not work properly.

The bed sheets had stains on them and had to be changed, the bed mattress was very uncomfortable and broken in the middle so you kept rolling to the middle of the bed.

Close to the Metro.
The noise level from the lobby to the room was terrible.

If you have a room that faces the interior lobby, the noise level was a negative. You could hear people talking in the lobby and bar until it closed down. I had asked for two double beds and the hotel clerk dismissed my request. I would stay elsewhere before I returned to this hotel.
