Could have gave more washcloths.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was within walking distance of Wrigley Field. Breakfast was very good & they had cookies available at 4 p.m. Nice touch. Coffee and tea were available at all hours.

Nice location, several store and restaurants within walking diatance. Nice exterior
Parking garage behind the hotel with a walk through an alley, rooms were very small with awkward positioning of desk and chair, beds ok

Were not able to find a hotel at the price requested in Loop so ended up in Lincoln Park. Nice location with plenty of stores and restaurants. Traveling w/5 people and had requested 2 rooms with double beds. They could only accomodate us w/ one double room. Rooms seemed small because of the awkward placement of desk, which provided no space for anyone to walk past. Nice bath. Beds a bit soft but good quality sheets. Parking garage was available for for $22 per day in/out service. But had to walk through alley to get to. Nice exterior of building. Did not utilize the continental breakfast but looked like the usual fare; coffee, juice, assorted cold cereals, bagels, croissants, jams & jellies, yogurt and fruit. read more

Location; excellent service; clean; breakfast.

I was there for 7 nights and was very pleased with this hotel. It's a charming inn, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and thoughtful services. The room came with a thick bathrobe, which was so helpful given that it was June and freezing in Chicago. A good selection of breakfast foods are offered in the morning nothing fancy, but pretty good for a continental breakfast. They put out cookies and apples in the evenings. The bathroom is stocked with a very nice brand of soap, lotion, and shampoo. Free WiFi is included. The staff was exceptional: very friendly, very helpful. The hotel offered very good service, and is in a great location. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. read more

Good location near lots of shopping and dining.
The elevator was broken however they offered to help with bags.

Great location, friendly staff, decent rooms, off street parking available for reasonable rates (by Chicago standards). Breakfast was simple but good.

The room was good; great staff.
The elevator was out; family member with me was having frequent asthma attacks. Due to staying on the 3rd floor, this made our trip worse.

The hotel staff members were good. The hotel room was nice with a large bathroom in comparison to Lincoln Inn (poor water pressure). The beds were very comfortable. The room temperature could not be altered easily. Both my family member and I have bad allergies and asthma which made staying on the 3rd floor difficult. Also, when the room became warm, we were unable to use the window air condioner due to our allergies. Not recommended for people that are sick. My family member was sick during the entire stay and had the elevator worked, we could have done so much more during our trip. read more
