Very nice in an excellent location.

Everything from the valet, to the staff, the rooms, the pool and hot tub, and the the bar were very upscale. Never had any problem at all. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Parking fees.

Furniture in bedroom was comfortable and bench was a great addition.
Smokers congregating outside the front door - they need another location.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and courteous.

Bad valet service.

Beautiful, luxurious rooms, attentive hotel staff, best location in downtown Ft. Worth, newer hotel, very safe area. You won't need a car here.

I requested.
Concierge gave us incorrect information.

The hotel is great, but there is a lot of outside noise that can be heard in the room from the street and hallways. Also, there was no makeup mirror in the bath, the A/C didn't seem to work properly and there was no turn down service. These are reason's I would not rate it a 4 star, but overall the stay was very nice.

This was a wonderful hotel exceeding my expectations. The location could not have been more perfect with easy access to all of Sundance Square.

Good size rooms with close proximity to town square.

This is very close to sundance square. The hotel has large comfortable rooms with a good view of the city.
