This motel needs updating and remodeling. The matresses were bad and the fixtures were old.

Starting to show age, our room number tag was torn off and written with a pen.

For the price was a great hotel, but parking was a hike to get to building and then another hike to get to elevator. It is a huge convention center. Some things showing age and quick fixes so the mystique of quality was a little tarnished. Our second night a couple of kids that were very drunk
and loud came in at 2:30 am.

Free hand sanitizer, mini bottles from bath and bodyworks.
Dirty towels, carpet was old and needed to be re-stretched, and rooms were all smelled like smoke.

The only thing good about this hotel was how close it is to the airport, and the staff was nice. Other than that, the towels in my room were dirty, the light switch by the door did not work (maintenance even tried to fix it), the room was too dark, the carpet was wrinkled and needs to be re-stretched, even in the lobby! All of the rooms smell like smoke, even my non-smoking room, the room was too hot but the only controls on the air unit were for heat. I met some co-workers at 2pm and they were not serving any food at the hotel restaurant until 3. I will not be staying at that hotel again. read more

It needs a makeover. Sinks finish peeling, coated fixtures pitted.

Much better than the Best Western you found for me in Gallup NM. When I arrived, the price on the marquee was lower than I negotiated for. The place had an odor throughout, it was beat up. the mattress was stained and dirty. We didn't stay there. We found a new hotel across town. You need to take that dump off your service.

Helpful staff, very clean, refrig/micro, and free water bottles.
Needed touch up, fixed towel bar without asking.

We stayed 5 days. It was very quiet and comfortable, with extra amenities like the fridge/microwave and free water bottles and newspaper every day.
