Loved the linens, good location too.
Too dark and worn looking.
We needed a place close to the Troubadour in West Hollywood so we bid on Beverly Hills 4 star hotels. This hotel definitely doesn't seem like a 4 star to me, perhaps when it first opened it was in that league. The rooms were finished with very dark woods and marble that were obviously a poor choice as they were worn and didn't look like they could be easily rejuvenated. Very thin walls so noisy if you have a neighbor. Poor television reception. Thirty dollar/day valet parking. We definitely would have been unhappy had we paid the full price but since it was a deal through Priceline, it was OK for the one night we spent. The linens were wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. Easy walking distance to Rodeo drive if that's your thing. read more

Cleanliness, and the rolling stool in the bathroom.
There were people partying in the hall in the middle of the night, and there was no top sheet on the bed, the TV mounted on the wall too high.
While the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, I was awakened twice in the night by what appeared to be a party going on in the hallway. Not a good choice for business travelers.

Lovely roof top pool.
It was like staying in the middle of a crowded trendy nightclub.
Very disappointing for a four star hotel (actually it's far from a four star hotel). Small, poorly decorated rooms (a leather wall behind the bed and mirrored beams on the ceiling, oh please). We tried to take a quick tour of the roof top pool one evening and were literally evicted by a belligerent security man who demanded that we leave immediately 10 minutes before the place was to close (I guess he wanted to go home). Car recovery took 30 minutes. Otherwise service was adequately but far from gracious. Lobby was routinely packed with drunks coming and going from the rooftop bar. read more

Thats just what I wanted, I enjoyed the view in the bar and the neighborhood, and the modern beautiful rooms.
I like everything.
Excellent, I wish everybody have the same luck as I, to find always a good hotel, thank you!

Location and service.
Dark hallways.
Conveniently located on Wilshire Blvd in the heart of Beverly Hills. Very customer service oriented. Contemporary style with dark hallways.

It's trendy and different.
Parking was
too pricey, no free Wi-Fi and
tiny room.
Tries to look nicer than it really is.

The hotel was amazing. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.
$30/night parking.
The hotel in general was amazing. Only complaints, parking was $30 a night, which would have been nice to be notified before hand. The rooms, were extremely well decorated, clean and upscale though a little on the small side. It was very modern and chic but the lighting does make it nearly impossible to put on makeup to go out for the night (bring your own lighted makeup mirror). Not major complaints though, would definitely go back! read more
