Enjoyed the idea of a kitchenette, but did not use it this time.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Only one small hitch and it was not at all the staffs fault. The hotel is non-smoking and previous person in room we were assigned to must've smoked in room. It smelled awful. Even my mom with a cold could tell it smelled like smoke. Staff was extremely nice, accommodating and helpful in re-locating us to another room. Great place to stay with kids. Lots of room and mini-kitchen is a huge plus! read more

Great free breakfast, very friendly staff.
Exercise room was miserably hot -- complained and was told I should use the portable cooler.
Great for a 2.5 star hotel; the free breakfast is tasty, fresh and well-maintained by staff.

The bed was comfortable, the bath was clean, and the room was quiet.
A little difficult to get there. Used GPS and it was not a direct route.
Overall, it was very nice. We weren't there other than to sleep but had a kitchen if we had needed it. Great hookup to internet and clean room.

Stayed in the suite and love the kitchenette and it has the basics of home. Variety of breakfast was a plus.
Breakfast area too crowded when people waiting to make waffles. Other guest were wanting toaster also same area.
I recommend the suites when traveling with children. Very nicely equipped kitchenette and bathroom are very spacious and clean.

I cannot think of anything I liked enough to comment on.
I did not like our adjoining room. It was extremely loud. I requested a move without success. The pool was cold, coffeemaker broken, dirty room.
If you wish to stay in a hard to find hotel, with mediocre breakfast, thin walls, substandard towels, broken appliances and an inability by staff to move you to a different room although you hear them telling other guests that "we aren't that full", then this is your place. I am not hard to please, and I never complain, but this place was substandard. My 12 and 14 year old boys gave it a 3 and a 1. read more

Friendly, helpful staff and very comfortable rooms with big beds and nice amenities.
I arrived very early in the morning, the morning of my friend's wedding. The staff was able to accommodate me, despite having some trouble with the deposit with my credit card. The rooms were a good size, the was huge and I had one of the most comfortable, uninterrupted stays in a while.
