The outside appearance was great.But the pool was smaller then my room.The seal in the shower and around the window needed to be replace.

This hotel smelled
badly.
The bathroom had mildew in the shower.

Do not stay at Townplace Suites in Chesapeake. It is smelly and dirty. THe bathroom has mildew in the shower, they never had enouph towels, and one of the buildings was damaged by fire, and debris was falling into the parking lot and onto people's cars.

Staff was friendly & accomadationing! Located to close to restaurants & shopping plazas/malls.
Did not get enough towels for the room, had to keep going to the front desk and request them. Cleaning personal left us 1 towel for 4 people.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Any problems were quickly solved! Continental breakfast was awesome with teenage kids. Walls in were a little thin and you can hear the noises. Bed was very comfy. Would of like the pull out sofa to be bigger. It was more like a loveseat and with 2 older kids sharing it was not a pretty site! One got the pull out bed the other the floor. The unit had a full kitchen that made it nice for snacking, dinners, and drinks. Would stay there again! read more
