Lost my reward points.

Hotel was fine and I will use it again just book direct and not use you since I lose reward points for using you. Company reimburses the hotel expense but I want the reward points for free stays later.

Easily the most comfortable bed I've ever had in any hotel.

Very conveniently located with several dining options adjacent to the hotel. The room was far from luxurious, but it was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The bed was far more comfortable. The kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, and cooking utensils is perfect for someone staying a few days or more who doesn't want to dine out every night.

The ice machine was rather inconvient from my room & there was no ice made in the freezer in my room.

Very helpful staff & nice place. I did have a measuring cup in my room the first day after that it was gone. I think there was a new maid on the day I left. She entered my room without knocking, but, as I said I got the impression she was new.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Convenient to shopping, restaurants. Staff was very friendly. This hotel was better than expected.
