Staff was unfriendly.

We were on the road for 10 hours and I have a four month baby whom was very irritated by the time we got there. And I was trying to check into the hotel and they did not care and told me to check back in one hour and maybe they will have a room available.

It had a full kitchen. A large fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, dishes, and even dish soap. It was very convenient for an extended stay.
The studio suite only had one queen size bed and a sofa sleeper.

My husband and I both loved the little kitchen and the bed was very comfortable.
I did not like the pillows.

We had a great stay. Loved the kitchen and the ability to cook and have dishes readily available to us. The bed was outstanding and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location--a number of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to laundry facilities and fitness room.
Our room was a little smaller than would have liked.

The hotel was a good place to stay if traveling with kids. Family-friendly restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to laundry facilities and fitness room. Nice heated swimming pool. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

The staff was real friendly, and Internet was free.
It's a little far from downtown Scottsdale.

It does not have all the newest amenities, but it has the ones that I liked. Free Internet and little business area, A free light breakfast, coffee-maker in room, and a good amount of channels on the TV for at night. The staff people seemed exceptionally friendly.
