Full Kitchen in Room.
Could of used a little bigger bathroom.

We loved it. It was like staying in your one bedroom apartment. It definitely did not feel like a hotel.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The room was not clean to my standards and smelly.

Although the staff is friendly and responsive. I have had better rooms for the same cost.

The friendliest staff I have ever stayed with.

This hotel was top notch. It provides everything that you need to have a more than comfortable stay. I ended up getting sick one of the days of our trip and couldn't leave the room. My husband went to the front desk to ask for the names of restaurants that delivered food because he didn't want to leave me. The head housekeeper stopped to ask him if he needed help with anything and when he explained the situation, she offered to go and pick him up something and bring it back. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. read more

Great Room, Great Price
No ice machines on floors, only in refig in room but no ice in it,and I wanted ice now not in 4 hours

Nice kitchen, well stocked with plates,cups etc. Nice landscaping and pool area. Convenient location to FSU

It is clean, plenty of room, easy access to major roads, and excellent amenities in the room. I look forward to using their facilities in the future.

It had a kitchen and a sofa in the room. The staff was very freindly.
I would have loved it if the hotel was right off the interstate.

Clean and quiet and rooms very nice
location a bit off Interstate but OK

I stayed at 4 hotels during my trip to Kissimmee and Miami and this one was by far the best of all four.

The rooms are large and have small furnished kitchens. Very Clean.
Not on a major interstate.

The hotel is an extended stay hotel. All rooms are suites with furnshied kitchenettes. The rooms are spacious and clean. They also offer wired and wireless internet access. Safe area, well lit. Would go back again.

The room was very large with nice amenities.
I would have liked a continental breakfast.

The rooms are very nice, with a small kitchen and "living area." I would recommend this hotel especially for an extended stay. There was a small pool outside as well, which is nice for families. The entire hotel was clean, and I felt safe staying there. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, even with a midnight check-in.

The hotel was located in a nice part of town, close to a great greenway park.
The hotel hallway had a rather fowl smell.

The hotel room on the whole was clean. No real problems with the hotel. Guest services made a habit of knocking at 8 am which was quite annoying, even when I had the make up my room later sign on my door.
