It was clean and cheerful in appearance.

We look for a hotel that is clean, has a comfortable bed and meets our budget. The breakfast, pool, gym, laundry room and computers were nice extras for a great price.

Maid didn't clean toilet.

The hotel is very nice. The maid service was the worse I have ever seen for my room. We were there 4 days and the maid never cleans the toilet. If the room had a brush I would have cleaned it.

All in all hotels was nice for the price we paid. Perfect for the one or two night stay.

I liked the level of comfort the hotel provided me with.
I have no complaints.

I was completely impressed with our stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were in great condition; very welcoming and clean. It was located at a very convenient location. Overall, and amazing experience I will recommend this to everyone I know. We also loved the complementary hot breakfast served, it was a great end to our stay.

Continental breakfast was amazing!
Bathroom floor was not clean when checking in, toilet ran constantly and needed maintenance.

Great central location to get to all parts of Phoenix. Very, very comfortable & friendly hotel.

Good location, very good girl on check-in desk that night.
Need a room with two beds, not a sleeper couch.

Room were good. Hotel was a "fixed" up older motor hotel and it showed. Fresh paint does not cover the look and feel. I had to go back to the front desk three times to get a correct room. Had my 82 year father with us and the rooms were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was broken.

Window wouldn't open for fresh air (security lock), would like water saving shower fixtures.

It was a great place to stay.

Breakfast was great; room was like being home only better.
Nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

It was a pleasant way to start the trip, seeing where we could relax when we returned during the day. We found everything spotless. The cookies were wonderful. Staff was exceptionally helpful.
