Townhouse Hotel is a member of design hotels TM. The outdoor rooftop terrace features king-size waterbeds paired with huge umbrellas for sunbathers and shade-seekers alike. Undoubtedly one of the hottest and coolest places on the beach during the day, at night the rooftop transforms into one of South Beach?s hottest social scenes, with rocking roof parties Friday and Saturday nights. The Rooftop is also available for private events, parties, and production. Rooms are arranged with flowered lampshades, oversized baby blue pillows on each bed, and cozy L shaped sofas doubling as an extra bed for guests. All the usual acronyms: AC, TV/VCR, CD player as well as a fridge and a safe. Fire engine red retro phones and modem data ports for checking and sending emails. Halls are for high-energy hanging - benches in the extra wide corridors, magazines and comics to read, and exercise equipment too. Perfect for the last minute buff before the beach, which is just a step away. Bond ST the sleek sushi restaurant and lounge and South Beach outpost of the famed Manhattan sushi restaurant, has been lauded by Zagat Miami as having ?the best sushi tuna on the planet? and ?fabulously creative sushi,? and is known for its health-conscious menu and some of the most memorable flavors in Miami. The lobby.
The roof bar was only open on
Friday and Saturday.

This was a very nice hotel, with nice employees. I would def stay here again!

Not enough breakfast options.

A wonderful hotel, absolutely worth staying for a quick trip to Miami Beach. Beach access is literally next door and breakfast is inclusive.

Beautiful property with a very comfortable space. Felt like home!

Only a few blocks from the beach and away from the clutter" of Sobe. This property was clean and beautiful with a home-like feel.

They charge $25 per night for guest parking. The rooms are so white, you can see all the dirt, hair, scuffs, etc.

This hotel is in a good location. You can notice the dirt on pillows, sitting area and floor. If you are going to have an all white theme in the rooms, then the guest is going to expect ultra clean white rooms, but unfortunately that is hard to achieve in this hotel. Parking charge per night is excessive since there is only valet parking for guests. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is good. Rent chair and umbrella from hotel to get a good discount on the beach.

Pleasantly very nice - nice furnishings.
Walls in room could use some paint - all scuffed.

A little far from the convention center, but very nice hotel - nice amenities.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, has great design asthetics at a price that is affordable (at least for South Beach).
A bit noisy owing to the fact that it backs on to everyone's air conditioning units.
