Rooms were spacious and clean, within walking distance to fisherman's wharf.
Breakfast was only a sticky pastry and coffee.
Finding a hotel in San Francisco that was bigger than a shoe box but within our budget was not easy, but this hotel met all expectations. Although the decor is pretty basic, the room was huge and clean. Since it's sandwiched in between other buildings and a steak house the view was mediocre looked out over Lombard street and you end up walking through the car park to get to the lobby for some of the rooms, however the staff were polite so I can't complain really. It was a handy location since we could leave out car in the car park and walk to the wharf. read more

It was clean and comfortable and had a nice public balconey area so we could enjoy sitting outside.
Nothing really.
It's a further walk than we thought to Fishermans Wharf, but it is a pleasant walk, and lots of bus stops nearby. The place was very clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful!

Staff efficient, helpful, interested, and likable. Safe location for female travelers. Rooms practical comfortable and clean.
You can hear neighboring room occupants walking around.

Not much.
Lack of towels, basic toiletries.
Moved on to another location and was shocked at what we had for the same amount of money, a total delight compared to a depressing hotel.

Reasonable price. Local to the Wharf.
Extra fee for parking. Not enough parking, cars were blocked in. Fridge was noisy all night.
