Location was great not to far from Pier 39. Restaurants were close.
Amici Pizza took up a lot of parking spaces.
The outer area was a bit shabby looking. The staff was helpful and respectful. The rooms were small, but clean and adequate.

Recently remodeled and clean rooms, free parking.
Run-down exterior, and noisy clientele partying and smoking on outdoor balconies.
Not a place to make a favorable impression due to shabby exterior. Good rates attract lower-class guests. But rooms were remodeled, clean and pleasant. Ask for a quiet room.

The rooms were clean, but the exterior of the hotel could use some work. The parking spaces were small and too few.

The room I was move to on the second day was what I had reserved minus the filthy carpet.
We were put in a room that was over perfumed to cover smoke smell with none of the amenities and told it was the only one available.
Never again, placed in a room. Headache from smell.

Location and proximity to Marina district was perfect.
Coffee maker didn't work.
Overall, our stay was very comfortable the location was ideal and the price for SF was reasonable. The room was clean as stated in previous reviews. I would stay there again.

It was very clean, and the staff was friendly.
The location and the rooms were small.
The room was very clean and looked as though it had been recently updated. From the outside however it looks kind of dumpy. The room that we were in was in the back corner of the hotel where no one could see and our window was facing the wall of another building that had graffiti on it, and the room was very small. The door looked like it had been kicked in. If you are looking for a cheap clean hotel this would be the one, but I wouldn't stay there again. read more
