Nothing.
No insulation in walls, dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained.

This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. There was no insulation in the walls and we could hear the people in the rooms next to us and above us talking in a normal voice. There were water stains on the ceiling and we could hear water dripping all night. The bed frame had nails sticking out of it and the mattress seemed to be as old as I am. The sheets felt like sandpaper, there was no mattress pad, and the sheets were not fitted and kept sliding off. The bathroom fixtures were mismatched, needed repair and leaked all over the place. The room was filthy. We slept in our cloths because we were afraid we would catch something and we got very little sleep. If it had not been too late to find some other place to stay we would have left. read more

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well maintained.
There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

I would definitely go back and also refer friends and family members to stay at this hotel. I had a great stay and want to say thank you for making my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Able to check in late, ok location.
Small parking lot with really small parking spaces, low economic area.

This hotel is about a 2 star hotel, not too far from Magic Mountain (10 miles).

Everything was broken, garbage under the beds, door did not lock, smelled old and unfriendly front desk.

If I had a choice to leave the hotel I would have on that short notice without them charging, they were not accommodating. I had 2 rooms one was falling apart, furniture coming apart with nails exposed, floors were dirty, parking small seems like if the hotel was full there wouldn't be enough parking for everyone.

It was available at a price we could afford.
Showers did not work and rooms would not lock or open properly.

We had 4 rooms 2 of which the showers did not work properly and one where the door would not open or lock properly. We were told the next day that they would fix them and they did not. Poor help from the staff. The night attendant had to actually break into the room by picking the lock with a credit card. Not the best maintained place. Breakfast was a joke.

Nothing.
Doors would not close. beds uncomfortable, dirty and rates are too high.

My mother had the same kind of room and with a discount but she paid more then me.. our room doors would not close. we went to dinner and my mothers room door was not closed. she just pushed on it and it opened. my sister has AAA discount and they took off 18.00 and then put it back on and said it was the tax.. there was no discount.. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. it was dirty and falling apart. read more

No hot water in shower reported said they fixed and they did not will not stay again.

The hotel was clean bathrooms very small. Had no hot water in shower. Reported this to desk did nothing for us the first night. In morning went to desk again different employee knew nothing of problem. They said they would either move us or fix the water. Came back to hotel that night and they again did nothing for us. No apology.
