The San Clemente Beach Travelodge is located 5 blocks from the San Clemente State Park and State Beach and adjacent to 18 Hole PGA golf course. This property is within walking distance to many fine restaurants, Beach and pier. Guests at the San Clemente Beach Travelodge enjoy rooms with private balconies with an ocean view or golf course view and some rooms with in-room Jacuzzi. Honeymoon suites and family suites are also available. Complimentary Wireless High Speed Internet Access throughout the hotel will make travel easier whether you are traveling on business or pleasure. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone regardless of the source of reservation and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Check out time is 11AM, otherwise charge for one day. Strictly no visitors, no parties, no refunds, advance payment requested. The room was large and clean.
The freeway was right outside the balcony and was very loud. Wasn't pleasant to sit out there with the noise.

The room was always clean and the staff friendly. The beds were hard & uncomfortable and the shower pressure was very low. Overall, for the price it was good enough.

The location was great.
It was very dated.

The rooms were very clean and the private balcony very nice. We were on the golf course side and it was nice and quite. The only downside of the stay was that the room was a bit dated. It reminded me of traveling in the early 70's.

Good price for beach community.
Too close to freeway, ocean view but freeway noise.

It was clean, the bed was quite firm, the amenities were nice (spa, frig, etc). However the "ocean views" were quite a ways off while the freeway was very close and loud. Still for the price, when compared to other places in SC, it was economical, clean and fairly comfortable.
